We are in Ontario: July 7, 2011
Speed limit has changed as well with the highway no longer divided.
Tried to get a picture of the 'Welcome to Ontario' sign.
Coming into Kenora, Ontario, which is situated on 'Lake of the Woods'.
Had lunch in Kenora and back on the road again.
Oh, oh... black clouds ahead... stayed tuned.
Looks like a storm brewing...
Yup, the rain (and hail) begins... and it poured... some vehicles pulled over and waited it out.
Difficult to see well it rained (mixed with hail) so hard.
The driver side whipper must have been hit by hail. It's not working too well here. So we were forced to pull over.
Phil fixed the whipper and the construction crew, that we parked along side of, also picked up their signs and headed out (seeking sunshine?).
Here we are... set up in Ignace, ON.
Alas... we did get some rain. There were thunder storm warnings when we first arrived, but were down graded. After about 10 minutes of rain, just while Phil was cooking dinner, the sun did come out to play again. All in all, a good day!
